Hello everyone, i am so sorry for the lack of life updates these past few weeks...let me say my life has been an absolute buzz. I feel like one of those bees which you see creating honey in museums. Never stopping, constantly at a rush to complete whatever is needed at that moment in time.
Well i'm a little bee. For the past few weeks, Fay our horse groom had gone home for a holiday, so i had stepped in as the 'sub' whilst she was away...but to our great dismay has decided to resign as groom here at Tullecombe and move back home, so she is closer to her family and friends. On top of that sad-endeavour, Carolin my co-working aupair has also gone home for three weeks on a holiday...so I Alli Churchill am flying solo...running the show as a one man act i suppose. I dont mind that much, since i dont have much time in the day to really realize i'm alone until i crash into bed, but it is rather exhausting. But its only for a few weeks so i'm fine.
But a huge blessing and suprise which stepped onto my english door step the other day was KELTIE DAVIDSON! an absolute suprise and joy!! Let me just say , of alllll the times kelt has suprised me in the past, this one was the most wonderful one yet. I was flabbergasted, overjoyed absolutely in shock, and sooo happy. man oh man...she got me again! SO with my girls having left back to their homes this past week, i have had a huge helping hand lent to me by keltie. She's helped me entertain potty-training children, and mucking out stables for the past few days. I must say it is amazing having her here in my home. Im taking her out to the local pub for dinner tonight, and hopefully if she's still around on sunday i'll get to introduce her to my lovely friends at church!!
But at the moment i have to finish my unit ten research paper so i can graduate in june...im plunking along slowly but its coming... so i must head out. But i just wanted to let you all know i'm alright, a little nackered and tuffed on the edges (physically stronger than i have ever been before in my arms), but doing fine. Loving life still, and the spring weather. And i'll update my last few weeks sometime when i have more than just five minutes to do anything freeing before my mind shuts off for the day.
Thank you all for your prayers and notes these past few weeks, its really given me energy and kept me going. God has a strange way of blessing people, when they dont even know its coming...
Have a beautiful may-day!

this week, take some time for yourself...read a book...make a painting...go for a walk. Breathe and set time apart for yourself! It is so important to have YOU time! dont take it for granted when you have the chance!! ANd watch a sunrise or a sunset. I've been blessed with a few brilliant rises and sets these past few weeks aswell.

ReplyDeleteI am so glad that Keltie was able to surprise you. She called just before you left asking for your contact info....thus my request for Sarah's phone number etc. I am glad she arrived when you needed her most!
I am proud of you and all the responsibility you have managed so gracefully!
Good luck with the potty training. Imagine, no dirty nappies!
