"If something is worth doing, its worth doing badly"
-Patrick Hobbs

Last week, a highly respected man from our church community passed away. He was an incredible man, filled with so much respect and love for those around him. He was so faithful. The way he invested in people's lives around him, as well as people across the globe. His vision was huge, and his heart was (if it is even possible) even bigger!

Yes, the things he did in his life were outstanding. But the thing that really was impact-ful was the WAY he lived. He didn't just live, he loved. Through that love, his impact (with Jesus guiding him) was unstoppable.

I think sometimes we need to share life with people like Patrick. People who make us think outside of our little boxes, who challenge us, and encourage us to do better, to do MORE with our lives. 'If something is worth doing, its worth doing badly'. Amen.
